Kaslo is a beautiful, historic village located on the shores of Kootenay Lake, in scenic British Columbia Canada.

 

Founded in 1893, the village of Kaslo now features the world's largest intact Sternwheeler, which used to be the one of the only modes of transport on Kootenay Lake between 1898 to 1957, Today, you can visit the SS Moyie and take a tour of her stately cabins. (open from April to October)
