DESCRIPTION ☞ An authentic piece of early Canadian railway history, this antique brass oil lamp is marked C.N.R. (Canadian National Railway) on the base and was manufactured by Piper Montreal—a known supplier of railway-grade lighting.

Featuring a solid brass pedestal design with a cast iron base for stability, this lamp retains its original burner, glass chimney, and wick knob. These were typically used in railway stations, dining cars, or staff areas during the early 20th century. Its compact footprint and elegant profile make it an ideal display piece for collectors or vintage-inspired interiors.
