FOR SALE ☞ Antique apothecary Sterling Graduate with glass measure and iron base, marked Neidlinger Bros.

DESCRIPTION ☞
An authentic antique apothecary or laboratory measuring vessel, known as a "Sterling Graduate," made by Neidlinger Bros. of New York. This early scientific glassware features C.E. Kimble’s patented design, with embossed measurement markings in ounces and fractions, and a classic flared lip with pour spout. The clear glass is set into a cast iron base stamped with:

“Sterling Graduate – Neidlinger Bros. New York – C.E. Kimble’s Pat.”

Likely dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s, these graduates were commonly used in pharmacies, labs, or medical offices to measure liquids accurately. A rare and charming piece of early medical history, perfect for display in a vintage apothecary collection, steampunk decor, or a curiosity cabinet.

CONDITION ☞ Fair vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. The glass is intact with no cracks or chips visible. Minor surface wear from use and age, and the metal base shows oxidation and patina consistent with its age. A small flaw or bubble may exist from original manufacturing. Please see all photos.
