FOR SALE ☞ Royal Canadian Mint Box Set Empress of Ireland Collectors Set Coin & Stamps Lost Ships in Canadian Waters 100th anniversary

DESCRIPTION ☞ A long sold out, limited edition number 1672 of 6000 made, Royal Canadian Mint Empress of Ireland Collectors Set. This set sold out in 2014 and was made to commemorate lost ships in Canadian waters. Included in the set is a colorized .50 cent coin, 2 reproduction period postcards with writing, a 16 pane Canadian stamp sheet as well as a souvenir sheet of international rate stamps. Both sets are first day covers. The collection also features a 36 page colored book documenting the sinking of the ship and certificate of authenticity. This collection is contained in a leather bound embossed case.

DIMENSIONS ☞ Box set is approximately 11 Inches tall and 12 inches wide

CONDITION ☞ The contents of the collection are in mint condition. The coin has never been handled and all of the stamps, post cards and book show no signs of use or wear. The leather container is also in excellent condition. However, the outer cardboard box has some wear and wrinkled cardboard on the corner of the cardboard on two places on the box where the collection goes in. Please see photos.
