Noritake Waffle Set c. 1918 Sugar Shaker and Syrup Pitcher

FOR SALE ☞ 1918 Noritake Waffle Set

DESCRIPTION ☞ This set features a lovely hand painted sunset scene with a tree overlooking a lake and boat. Bright and beautiful colours including orange, yellow, blue and turquoise/teal. Gilt top on the sugar shaker and embellishments on the pitcher.

Marking on the bottom is dated to 1918 (Transitional from Nippon Era to Deco Era) according to the Noritake Collectors Guild website.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT ☞ Sugar shaker is just about 7" tall and pitcher is approx 6.5" tall. Both measure approximately 2" at the base.

CONDITION ☞ Very good! Gold finish is in decent condition (you can see it's highly reflective in the photos!) not too much wear to note with the gilt finish. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs that we can see. Sugar shaker has some noticeable wear on the bottom rim as you can see in the second photo, while the pitcher to the right has very minor wear.
